And I use the normal Listerene for after brushing/flossing.</p><p>ACT Fluoride Rinse used to rock my world... I don't remember why I stopped using it.</p><p>What kind of flosses do you use? I'm a bit obsessed and am always trying to find something better. Mine right now is some sort of "gloss" (maybe?) and it comes in an upright container and is pre-measured so you know how much to take. And it's glossy. It files right through. I'm too lazy to go check the actual name.
